Tapas, Spice Club, et une nouvelle initiative anti-gaspi

Mars est passé à toute vitesse — entre les travaux et autres obligations, nous n'avons pas pu organiser d'événements, mais nous revenons en force pour avril, et nous avons ramené le beau temps avec nous !

Chorizo au cidre, l’un des plats sur notre menu tapas

Soirée Tapas | Bar de Varen | 10 Avril 18h-21h

Le 10 avril, nous investissons le Bar de Varen pour une soirée pop-up autour de tapas espagnoles à partager : chorizo cuisiné à la cidre, croquettes au jamón de bellota, et patatas bravas. Venez passer une soirée conviviale et décontractée. Réservation conseillée.

Nous préparons toujours nos propres mélanges d'épices pour nos currys

Spice Club | Indian take away | 17 avril 16h-19h

Nous revenons avec de grands classiques de la cuisine indienne pour le Spice Club de ce mois-ci. Nous utilisons toujours nos mélanges d'épices maison pour nos curry nights ! Au menu : un coup de cœur personnel — le butter chicken — ainsi qu'un curry de crevettes sri-lankais, et un paneer maison aux petits pois (matar paneer). La collecte se fait aux Mirabelles ou à la Brasserie Bélier à Saint-Antonin. Profitez-en pour repartir avec quelques bières artisanales — l'accord parfait avec votre curry !

Nous testons quelque chose de nouveau pour réduire le gaspillage et soutenir notre excellent café associatif local. Après la soirée take-away du 17, nous servirons nos currys à La Ruche le 19. Quantités strictement limitées, premier arrivé, premier servi.

Spice Club, sharing plates and La Fête de l’amitié

We’ve finally made it through January and out the other side. The nights are getting shorter, there are green shoots appearing in the ground and it feels like spring is just on the horizon. We have lots of events to look forward to in February and we hope you can join us!

Spice Club | Chinese take away | 27th February

Chinese New Year celebrations run from 17th February to 3rd March, so this month’s Spice Club is honouring this with a Chinese take away with a Sichuanese spin. Think Kung Pao chicken and Sichuan sweet and sour pork. Collection is on 27th Feb, either from Les Mirabelles or Saint-Antonin. Last orders by 25th Feb. Check out the menu and get your order in now.

Sharing Plates | Bar de Varen | 11th February

On the 11th February we’re hosting a pop-up at the Bar de Varen with a menu of seasonal sharing plates including mackerel paté with Guinness bread, and chicken wings with hot sauce. Come and join us for a relaxed and fun evening.

Fête de L’amitité | La Ruche | 14th February

On the 14th February, why not join us for an alternative to the usual, staid, Valentine’s dinner à deux. Instead we’re celebrating la Fête de l’amitié, and in the spirit of friendship we’re got a menu of tapas plates to share with your friends, family or partners. To make the evening even more special we will be serenaded by the incredible El Locutorio Itinérante with a post-dinner concert.

Spice Club, Pop-ups and summer Feast Nights

We hope you had a festive period full of seasonal delights and fun with friends and family. We’ve been taking a little bit of down-time but are delighted to share a few things we’ve been planning over the past few weeks.

Spice Club | Indian Take Away |23rd January 2026

We’re going back to the Indian sub-continent for January’s spice club with some old favourites and some new flavours. Collection is on the 23rd between 16h-19h either at Les Mirabelles or in Saint Antonin. Check out the menu and get your order in now.

Feast Nights 2026 | 12TH JUNE | 10th JULY | 7TH AUGUST | 11TH SEPTEMBER

We’re pleased to be able to release the dates for our summer feast nights for 2026. These events are pop-up fine dining experiences. Always unique, showcasing the exceptional local growers, producers and farmers. The menus take inspiration from the season’s bounty, and from our travels, and are designed to take you on a convivial culinary adventure. Sharing plates or 5 courses plus welcome drink 49€.
