Les Mirabelles is a haven of peace and calm in the beautiful Occitanie countryside, between Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and Caylus. We offer boutique gîte accommodation and private dining set in our extensive grounds, with a stylish, shaded events space and well-appointed summer kitchen for private events and supper clubs. La Table des Mirabelles also provides bespoke catering and private chef services across the region, drawing on seasonal, locally-sourced produce.

Le Cerisier is a light, bright, stylish gîte with a small terrace overlooking the valley. Inside the living space has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a dining and lounge area. Upstairs the bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed with luxurious linen sheets. The beautiful shower room is stocked with organic toiletries and fluffy cotton towels.

Our newest gîte, le Néflier has transformed this former bakery into a cosy, unique place to stay. The living space features a full equipped kitchen, small dining table and lounge area. Outside is a generous deck with dining table and lounge chairs. With a stylish shower room and kingsize bedroom it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

La Table des Mirabelles is an expression of our passion for food, wine and conviviality.
Our style is eclectic, but our food is seasonal. While our influences are global we try to source everything as locally as possible.
We grow our own fruit and vegetables in our garden, raise chickens for eggs, make our own ferments and condiments, and source other ingredients from local farmers and artisans.
Everything is made from scratch and by hand and you’re unlikely to have the same thing twice.

I hired Heather and Sam to cook and provide wine for my partner's 40th birthday and to say that they were incredible would be an understatement. The food was better than some of the Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in France and we loved Sam's wine suggestions as well. I cannot recommend them enough if you are thinking about having a private event!

Sam & Heather have created a tranquil and very special place to stay - we loved the decor and they were lovely hosts. Super attentive, warm friendly and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking equipment and utensils that we needed and we arrived to frankly the best homemade cookies we’ve ever had. If you like beautiful surroundings with pure peace & quiet - this place is a must. Thank you both - we’ll be back!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans un environnement paisible et très joli. Heather et Sam sont accueillants, souriants et discrets. Heather propose une table d hôte délicieuse avec des mets succulents, colorés. Elle cuisine avec délicatesse des produits régionaux. Sam propose des vins variés et de qualité. Sam and Heather are the most generous hosts and it was such a pleasure to share their corner of the French countryside. The cottage had everything we needed and was well-equipped for self-catering; we loved eating meals on the terrace and on the picnic bench in the garden. We also really enjoyed exploring the beautiful local villages and learning the history of the area - Heather and Sam provided one of the best host guidebooks we have seen! Perfect stay.

Our stay at Les Mirabelles was simply wonderful! The house combines authentic charm with every comfort you could wish for. The pool, with its inviting lounge area, is perfect for a refreshing swim, a lazy afternoon, or an evening apéro. Each morning we woke to the peaceful sounds of the countryside. A great bonus were the adorable resident dogs, a real treat for any animal lover! :) Heather and Sam make you feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, homemade treats, and thoughtful local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We were absolutely delighted with the delicious lunch and dinners that Heathe and Sam created for our family’s 50th wedding anniversary celebration whilst on holiday in France. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and thoughtfully tailored to the occasion, which included catering for 70 – 7 year olds...no mean feat! They were great fun to have in the house and left the kitchen immaculate – we couldn’t have been happier.

Les Mirabelles is a small family business run by Sam and Heather. We moved to France in 2023 dreaming of a slower pace of life, more connected to nature and embedded in community.
We were lucky enough to find this little corner of paradise where our dreams came true, and we’re so happy to share it with our guests.
We offer convivial holidays grounded in gastronomy and terroir. We want to create a special place where you feel at home, where you come back again and again to recapture the spirit, where you might meet or become friends.
