La Table de Mirabelles is the expression of our shared passion for food and wine. Sam traces his roots back to Italy, where the phrase La Convivialita is used to express how Italians feel about food. It captures the power of food to create connections, cross boundaries, spark conversation - to make people happy. The pleasure of sharing and conviviality is what its all about for us.

Whether we’re catering for an event for a family or old friends, or hosting a feast night where strangers gather around a table, we know that good food, good wine, and good company are the fuel for lifelong connections.

While our culinary influences are global, our food is seasonal and local. We grow our own fruit and vegetables in our garden, keep chickens for eggs, make our own ferments, konbucha and condiments, and the rest we source as far as possible from the surrounding farms, markets and artisans.

Heather is the principal chef, and she trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2022.

Our wine cellar is curated by Sam, who holds a WSET Level 3 in Wines, and contains interesting bottles from around the corner and around the world.

Offered exclusively for our gîte guests our table d’hôte includes a starter, main and dessert prepared specially for you. Add wine, beer or soft drinks from our cellar to complete this special evening.

We offer catering for your special event. Whether here at Les Mirabelles or off site across our beautiful region we can cater for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or any excuse to have a party without the hassle of cooking and clean up.

Feast nights

Our feast nights are pop-up fine dining experiences. Always unique, showcasing the exceptional local growers, producers and farmers. The menus take inspirations from the season’s bounty, and consist of sharing plates, or at least five courses and are designed to take you on a convivial culinary adventure.
