A 25% deposit is payable within 3 days of booking.

Bookings will not be confirmed until we receive proof of payment of this deposit.

The balance is due 30 days before the start of your holiday.

Booking made less than 30 days before your arrival date are payable in full within 3 days of booking.

There is a 10% discounts for bookings of both gîtes.

There is a fee of 50€ for dogs.

Advertised rates do not include local tourist taxes, which are charged at the end of your stay and are currently in the range of 4-5€ per night.

Unfortunately Les Mirabelles is unsuitable for children.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.

Les Mirabelles is an inclusive space and we will not tolerate any form of hate speech or discrimination.

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement with immediate effect where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others. You’ll be asked to leave the property, without any refund of the rental amount paid.

Smoking is not allowed inside the gîtes.

Check-in is between 4pm-9pm on your day of arrival.

Gítes have a maximum capacity of two people per gîte. Failure to comply with this may result in termination of your booking.

Please report any problem or complaint to us immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve it.

Damages and breakages – please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly. You may be charged for any loss, damage or extra cleaning costs. These are to be paid for in full within 7 days of notification.

Please respect your hosts and other guests and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 8 am.

All dogs must be socialised and friendly towards people and other dogs. All dog waste must be collected and disposed of in the bin provided.

The shared pool is available to guests between 9am and 9pm. Please use the green pool towels and plastic glasses provided for use by the pool.

We understand that life can through up unexpected situations, and when this happens it may be necessary to cancel your holiday. We’re happy to refund in full (minus a 5% administration fee) if you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date.

If you cancel between 60-30 days ahead of your arrival date the balance will not be due but we are unable to refund your deposit.

If you cancel less than 30 days before you were due to arrive we’re unable to offer an automatic refund. However, if we manage to get a replacement booking we will refund you in full (minus a 5% administration fee).

If we need to cancel your booking for reasons outside of our control we will refund you in full. Please note our liability is limited to payments made to us.

We recommend that all guests get comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellations.

Check-out is before 11am on the day of your departure.

Please leave the gîte tidy and in good order. All items and pieces of furniture should be in the same state of repair as at the start of your stay.

Please ensure you have emptied all the bins. The food waste bin should be emptied onto our compost heap in the vegetable garden.

General waste, recycling and bottles can be disposed of in the communal bins provided in Espinas or Caylus.

Please empty the fridge and freezer. If there is any unopened or unused food or drink that you don’t want to take with you, please leave this on the dining table, and we will try to make use of it to avoid food waste.
