Les Mirabelles is a small family business run by Sam and Heather. We moved to France in 2023 dreaming of a slower pace of life, more connected to nature and embedded in community.

We were lucky enough to find this little corner of paradise where our dreams came true, and we’re so happy to share it with our guests.

We offer convivial holidays grounded in gastronomy and terroir. We want to create a special place where you feel at home, where you come back again and again, where you might meet or become friends.

It is a place where you can connect with nature, with the culture and bounty of France and our beautiful region, and experience the best that local artisans, farmers, and vignerons have to offer, guided by laid-back, knowledgeable hosts.

We focus on making the most of simple, high-quality components, whether it’s breathing new life into un-loved flea-market finds in our gites or celebrating the beauty of good quality, local ingredients in the food we serve.

We aim to have as light a footprint on the earth as possible and to contribute to rather than impact on the local environment and community.
